Changing username until clan castle

Should a player be able to change their clash username? I think that the reason that you can't right now is that people, if kicked from a clan, would rejoin under a different name and the leaders of the clan wouldn't know it was the same person.

My solution:
Since SC's reasoning (I think) is all about clans, they should make it so that players can change their CoC username until they rebuild their clan castle. If a clasher creates a name for themselves that is inappropriate for the game before they know what the game is about, they should be able to change it.
