Lol, yes, by using these sites, players throw themselves under the bus. Why go to the trouble of creating a thread, using a name and mentioning the other "75%", in an effort to point out what SC already know? For the players who don't come to the forums and read SC's stance on this, yet use these sites, they may be placing themselves in the busses path, but now they've had a little shove.
They make tens of millions a year so why would they care?
SC is making boat loads with them buying and without them buying through these sites. Why would they care if they lose a few bucks each time? In the grand scheme of their business it's toilet paper. If they ban a top player they make 0 off the top player. If they keep the person they still make $

It's safe to say most of these sites are using stolen/otherwise illegally obtained funding sources to make the charges to Apple while logged into your account, which your TOS you agreed to makes you liable. Most of the purchases end up getting reversed when the owners of the stolen funding sources file complaints. Apple works with developers closely on these types of issues and it is very easily discovered.
It's not worth the risk of action to your account for a penalty, rollback, temp, or even perm ban. Rauta's own words:
