Would it not be better to have clan language instead of clan location?

We put the clan location as international because we have people from different English speaking countries, but noticed that we were getting requests to join from Russian people all day, but i feel if we put location on united kingdom or united states we are giving the impression that we are only looking for people from those countries as only people from those countries will search under that setting, i think it would be more useful if the setting was clan language as this would be more helpful so people understand the clan rules and donation requests, i mean international isn't really a useful option unless you speak every language in the world.
