Altogether it's a nice base, although there could be some improvements. I'm going to put you at an almost maxed out town hall 5. If this is incorrect, I apologize, I don't see the second wizard tower and that's usually a sign of town hall 6. You look like you're in a clan, and I'm going to guess that they do donate, if so, I'd throw your clan castle in the center as an added defense. At this point in the game very few clanners will check your clan castle for troops, this makes it an additional defense. Loot isn't really stolen from your collectors all that much, so you can use these things as an added buffer. I would section off your wizard, mortars, and air defenses. That's my advice.
