Wow. That's a tough goal to make, even in 7 days. You'd have to make pies 24/7.
It's more do-able if your pie oven is fully mastered and expanded (so you can make pies all night). Or you could hire Tom.
But I guess this is a reason to give up some pumpkin soup. It hurts to give up such a premium item, but it's made on a different machine, so you could half the time it takes to make enough. If you have the ingredients.
