I got 3 starred with this exact base by another TH8 in the last war. In case it helps, they spread out 11 dragons across the side facing the Town Hall.

Nice looking design, but I won't continue to use it due to the prevalence of dragon raids in wars.

I also used it in war, having the TH off centred meant the attacker got a lucky 2 stars with Dragons, a second dragon attack only managed 1 star.
But more importantly the Dragons on both attacks were level 1, I don't think this base is going to fair will against level 3 Dragons, and even level 2 would run through the base.

I used this base with some modifications on south AD, traps, Bombs... (I'm TH8)
I was attached with 37 lvl 5 hogs, 15 lvl 5 wiz, BK lvl6 and AQ lvl 7 with 5 spells and it held off attacker to one star.
Glad I used this base. Right now I'm upgrading teslas to give more protection for TH.
I used this base on one of my alts. I started at silver 2 and went up to 1760-ish purely on defenses. No base is foolproof, but this one did fairly well. It will bleed off elixir, but end stage of th8 it won't really matter.
