I liked the base design when I first saw it. However I did not like how easy it can be wiped if you take care of the outside/unprotected defensive buildings. A few WBs on the outside walling system followed by Giants, Healers and Wizzards are a sure way to beat that base.
I took the liberty (pardon if it looks as though I'm sabotaging your thread) to re-arrange some walls and defensive buildings to provide better coverage.
Here's how I would personally use this design:

1 - Use traps by the upper/outter cannons to lure the attacker to think he's got an easy access with Giants. If the attacker does end up using giants for those cannos, they're as good as gone.
2 - Bring the upper Tesla INSIDE the walls and cover with the Lab (high HP building), this will give that Tesla a better chance at wiping troops without getting destroyed too fast.
3 - Protect the same Tesla with the new skeleton troops as an extra add-on.
4 - Re-arrange Wiz Towers to be FIRST and foremost walled (protects from Barbs) and secondly, bring them tightly closed to 2x Resource Buildings and 2x Defense buildings for extra protection. Check the coverage area:

5 - Lower Wiz Tower: This one is being protected by both CC and King, while all 3 of these provide tigher protection to the Core.
6 -Barracks location: Enemies usually try to wipe out barracks early on with ranged Archers. Giant Bombs in this location will easily wipe out a group of Archers making a move towards the next group of buildings once they've taken care of the barracks.
7 - Air Balloons are evenly spread out from top to bottom.
8 - Bottom Teslas provide Barracks protection and are well covered with traps and bombs.
