Im TH9 so no freeze either. Lvl 6 balloons lvl 3 minions lvl 1 lava hounds. Ive been trying to balloon people and failing horribly...
I have another account weaker and also in using the very same technique. It 'just a matter of precision in the deployment of troops and precision in the use of spells. And then ... try, try, try. I have done 5000 attacks with balloons.

For all the th9's(like me) out here, im currently pushing with lavoonion to champ and am at 3085. My army is 24 loons(lvl 6), 31 minions(lvl 5), 4 wallbreakers(lvl 5) i use them when i need to get to the th, and i dont want the heros to go for something else, and 1 hound(lvl 2) and 1 hound in my cc(mostly lvl 3 hound). For spells i use 3 rage spells(lvl 5) and 1 lightning spell(lvl 5).
