Guys i was playing Hay day on both android and IOS devices, but from today i am not able to connect my game its asking recover code during start up, so i re installed hay day in my android just to check if it will work now i am able to connect and start my game even Facebook is connecting but i am not able to load my game when Facebook connects its not loading my previous farm and on my IOS devices is still the same stuck on recovery code.
Please Help me

ya i have contacted them, with same mail chain which was sent during when i was unable to transfer my farm from IOS to Android
but one thing i wanted to know how i lost my farm i play hay day daily then how can i lost my farm suddenly
How long ago was it (before of after Fall Update)? Do you have any ticket number? Can you check whether you receive any mail with [Supercell] in the title in all your mail folder (including spam, trashed if not emptied yet...) for recovery code.
Support usually puts a lock on farm and give recovery code when there is no other way for user to load a farm. In your case I guess (only my opinion), they did this to help you transfer your farm from iOS to Android. Eventually you are able to do so by yourself but Support can't know that.

guys today support team gave me recovery code and i was able to recovery my farm back, i am really happy

but now when i connect to goggle a/c its ask that your old farm will connect farm level 1, how to remove that old farm and connect this farm to my google a/c.

did the same, but will it save my game in google account, as if i uninstall Hay day in near future can i recover back.
