Master League Farming:
- BARCH - 3 Barracks Archers, 1 Barrack Barbarians, 1 Rage Spell +/- 1 Heal Spell, 3 Lightning Spells, Factory Boosted (Recommended), Archer Queen and/or Barbarian King.
- Basically the idea for this method of farming Dark Elixir is obtaining most of the Dark Elixir from Loot Bonus by winning with 50% or sniping Town Halls.
- Attack bases with a large portion of buildings outside the base and sweep your Barch army to obtain the 50%. Use your spells as last resort. Lightning Spells can be used on weakened buildings to gain extra percentage points. Archer Queen and/or Barbarian King can be also be used to finish off remaining buildings for 50%.
- This method is more benign to Lv 7 Barch. If you have Lv 6 Barch, then it recommended that you farm between 2500 - 2650 with the Master III badge. Also, make sure you're above 2540 trophies before logging off to avoid falling to Crystal. If you've Lv 7 Barch, it is recommended you farm with Master II badge between 2700 - 2850.
- If you do not have Inferno Towers, then it is highly recommended you place your Town Hall outside. The chances of getting sniped is high, and it allow you to protect your resources at the cost of a few trophies.
- For this method, it is also recommended you farm in long sessions without logging off too often. Logging off frequently will result in a rapid loss of trophies.
- Avoid high level Wizard Towers in the exterior parts of the base as they can rapidly decimate your Barbarians and Archers.
- The chart below gives you a picture of the great Loot Bonus in the Master Leagues.

- Similar to GiBarch, but this composition provides you with more versatility and a last resort option in Minions. This is one of the most difficult compositions to master simply because there's a lot of troops involved and the different ways to go about attacking a base with it. I highly recommend that you first master both the BAM and GiBarch methods before attempting this method. The key idea for this method is to break into a base with Giants distracting defenses, use Barbarians for extra meatshield with Archers attacking over walls behind them. Use Minions to quickly remove splash defenses in the way (over walls) and/or attack the DE Storage once you've cleared the path with your GiBarch army.
Yea Lv 6 Barch will definitely help with this method. But if you're maxing your Giant first, check out the GiBarch method. And as long as you have your Archer Queen or Barbarian King, it shouldn't be too difficult with whatever method you're using.Quote:

Hi ash. I was wondering if you knew any good th8 de farming bases
We are doing a clan push in a week, but since I won't be able to be on for half of it I've started now, I want to hit champs. I've been using lavaloonion since I had a surplus of DE to burn and to practice for war and such. It's a wonderful strategy, but i'm at a loss at how people DE farm with just loonion using 20 loons. I know the tactic and base selection is completely different so it might change when I revert back to farming and not relying on spells. I just feel like getting that 50% consistently to maintain cups is gonna be difficult, that or I farm, try as best I can to maintain, and push back up every now and then as necessary. currently at 2721 and climbing :) as high as I've been to date, hoping my elixir doesn't run out.

How much gold/elixir/DE do you farm per day on a normal day? Do you stick to crystal3/gold 1 or you go up and down? I'm sorry this is a very long thread and didn't read the whole thing. Just wanted to say amazing job DE is by far the most challenging resource to farm, it can be very time consuming if you focus just DE on raid because you have to plan every attack. Personally I tend to go all in on bases with ~400k loot and get some DE on the way by trying for 2-3 star with giant/arch/barb so my DE farming is pretty average. I get around 30-40k per day and 15-20 mill of gold/elixir, just skip til 400k base and all in because too busy :D
