Actually, I prefer getting zapped a few DE then get attacked by a big army taking all my DE. It's not hard taking all the DE from my base as my defenses aren't great. ;)Quote:

It looks like OP is around 500 attacks won this season. Obviously that includes a lot of sniping. Even if we assume 50% snipes and 50% full attacks, that puts him at ~25 full attacks per day (we are 10 days into the season)... And if it takes ~20 minutes per cook, then that is approximately 8 hours per day of play time. For most mortals (or non-boosters), I think it is more realistic to expect 10-20k DE per day on a regular basis. Some days you might get 20-30k, but those are the exceptions and not the rule in my experience.
I've been doing like the OP suggest and Barching around 1900-2050, and I am not having nearly the success of consistently finding 1k+ raids. I'll give it a few more days of trying, and then I'll likely return to Crystal 1/2 to do more Loonion.
Honestly its possible, He is just very patient, and waits however long it takes to get the good raids. He doesn't settle for anything less..Quote:

Nice calculations, but you're missing a lot of key factors. It doesn't take me 20 minutes to get an army. I usually have an army ready, on average, around every 5 mins WITHOUT boosting my barracks. How is this possible you say? Well as I mentioned in the 2nd post of this thread ;), I keep nexting even with a 75% full army camp and I know how many troops I need to deploy to get the DE, so I usually don't use my full army. And as Jonra stated, you have to be patient, don't settle for anything less than the target amount you're going for. Also, the most important thing in my opinion when you're raiding is knowing your army's potential, know how deep you can get into a base.Quote:

As you can see, averaging 1000+ DE per raid. And this was just me casually raiding, on good days I farm DE at an even faster rate. I think I'm going to record a 1 hour session of me farming DE with my method and upload on YouTube sometime in the future. Just follow my tips in the 2nd post, practice a lot! Practice makes perfect, and you'll be fine. :)

I totally believe that you are doing exactly what you say you are doing. I can see your base with full DE storage as proof!
I am just trying to wrap my brain around how many hours per day this actaully takes.
It looks like I need more patience when "nexting" and perhaps I'm not quite as effective at using Barch to get DE.
