I am very happy you started the new guide.I was going to request to you to make a guide to farm dark elixir while not using both heroes.Me too not using any gems other than what I got from the game.I am a th9 with lvl17 BK and lvl19 AQ.
I wonder up to which level you will take your heroes at th9?I have full legos and some lavas.Defences and research have a lot of time to complete.If heroes are my main priority should I upgrade already?How hard will be farming de as a th10 with no heroes?
Where do you usually farm? Still in the silver league? And how do you maintain that trophy range? Do you trophy drop (I thought this was going to be penalized)?

Hey Ash. Quick question. Where do you recommend TH9's farm DE at? I'm currently farming heroes to 10, King is done, queen going to 6. I find it rather hard to find DE where I am at the moment, 1800. Also, what army comp is most efficient and useful? Thanks!!

Me personally I've been floating around 1000-1300 trophies. I'm not worrying about trophy count at all and I'm still leveraging BAM without boosting. I'm able to find enough bases to go for down in that range. I still have plenty of failed BAM attacks, but it trains fast and when using Ash's methods of starting to search for a base to take, start at 75% of a max army (220 for a max TH9 so that would be 165 troops).
I've been taking about 8 wall breakers, 16 minions and the rest are barbs and archers. It takes the right kind of base, good spell deployment (use rage and heal spells only and poison if you have it) but you will get it. I farm an average of 3.5M of each resource and 13K in dark a day. Sometimes it's more if I'm able to put in more time. Yesterday was my best day with 6M Gold, 6.7M Elixir and 35K in dark. I was REALLY pushing for Dark to do a back to back upgrade of my queen and was able to do it with some dark stored in my CC from war.

Thanks mate! I didn't know of that guide page, really helped. You also helped a bunch with recommending BAM. I have used it for the last few raids i have done, gotten 1k+ each raid with ease! Of course, it does help that I have an active Lvl 10 King!Quote:
