CoC Universal Time

Having a universal 24 hour game clock will allow clans to set times for in game clan meetings, and help leadership in clans with organizing and setting deadlines. No need sync it with any particular country. Just the date and 1-24 hour clock. People will get used to the "Game Time". Also, administrators can give a time for updates and server maintenance via in game news. I think there are many more benefits that players and administrators will find over time.

I love this idea, it would be very useful to set the same time for every player. Probably prime meridian's time would be the best choice.
