HAY DAY RECOVERY CODE: PLEASE HELP
I am battling to log into my Hay day account. I am on level 52 and I have connected to facebook and google + but it is asking me for a recovery code. I have not been sent a code... I have tried everything. Can anyone please assist me in this.

Yes It is the farm I have only played from level .
My farm has only ever been on my device. I have never loaded it on
any other device.
Do you know how this could have happened? Do you know how long
it will take for the support team to reply?

How did you contact Support, is it by email? Do you have any ticket number you could share?
I have no idea what happened but will try to ask for more info.
I have contacted support through email and through the game itself.
I have literally tried everything. I have sent quite a few messages in total to both email
and game.
Could you please explain what a ticket number is?

Support is looking into it and they will get back to you soon.
Meanwhile, could you follow links in the email sent by Support (where you find your ticket number) to check ticket status, or check your spam folder email for any mail sent by Support. Recovery code could be somewhere in there.

I have searched all folders in my email account and cannot find a recovery
code unfortunately.

Yes, the ticket number is what you posted in the thread above.
BEFORE the update, when you report an issue, you will receive an automatic email entitled: "Request received: Hay Day Lost Farm - #25xx0xx". Each time Support replies to you, you will receive another email with "[Supercell]" tag in the title. Also, in these emails, you can click on the ticket number and check your ticket status on the support website.
May I ask what was your previous issue when you contacted Support? Is it about a lost farm?
AFTER the update, you can now read more FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and contact Support from within the game. There is no ticket number anymore. When they answer, you will get a game notification (just like when your cow is ready). However, given it is easier and a lot of player contact Support everyday, they need some time to get back to you.
Okay this is what happened, about a week ago I forced stop on Hay day by mistake and then my farm started from level one.
I reported the issue and received a mail back from them saying my report is under review and they gave me a ticket number.
However, I managed to fix it myself my connecting to google + and it gave me the option to load 'old farm' . I confirmed it and
all was sorted out... I had my farm back. This lasted about a day... Following that, I connected to hay day the next day and it
requested a recovery code. I deleted it and logged out of facebook and google + , re booted, logged back onto
google + and facebook, reinstalled Hay day and when trying to connect back to my old farm it then says 'enter recovery
code' ?????????
I did receive an email from support explaining how to connect to facebook... but that wasn't my request. I requested
a recovery code... the email from support states that if this info did not help please reply on the above line and they will
assist...
I have done so but there on after I have not received a mail from them. Not even a new ticket number or confirmation that they are reviewing my issue.
I have sent numerous mails to support on my game where it says 'lost farm'
I do understand that they are busy and have other requests. So I am waiting patiently.
I see, you contacted Support thinking your farm was lost. However, you eventually recovered it but Support has already proceeded to help you recover your farm (lock it + send you recovery code).
Fortunately, Support is also looking into your issue right now, I hope you will get a reply soon (unfortunately I can't tell when). As recovery code can only given once, it's best not to do anything that could get the situation more complicated.
Hang in there, it will get better.
i was playing Hay day on both android and IOS devices, but from today i am not able to connect my game its asking recover code during start up, so i re installed hay day in my android just to check if it will work now i am able to connect and start my game even Facebook is connecting but i am not able to load my game when Facebook connects its not loading my previous farm and on my IOS devices is still the same stuck on recoverycode.

Triple S- send a message to the support team on the device you are using hay day. Go to 'lost farm' and send
it there. Send them your email addrese. They will get back to you within a few days... they are very helpful.

Do you get recovery code. For How many days you have been waiting to get that ticket id. I want to know because same thing happened with my friend
