When should I upgrade to TH9?

Hi I know this is a commonly asked question but I do not know when I should make that big move to TH9. I really want to know but I still got some important upgrades I should finish first. I maxed out everything except what I list below:

- 4 Archer Towers are still lv 9
- Barb King is lv 6
- Bombs are lv 4
- Giant Bombs are lv 2
- Teslas are lv 4
- Barracks are lv 9
-Dark Barracks are lv 2
- 68 walls are lv 7
- For lab upgrades my hogs will be lv 3 in 2 days. Otherwise, all I got left is hogs to lv 4, pekkas, Valkyries, and golems.

I kind of just want to finish my walls and defenses and only do one of each type of barracks then start the upgrade. What do you guys think? Should I max all of my barracks first?

I would hold it off. Especially with this new update coming out.

New mortar at TH8 and skelly traps. I'm currently going from TH8 to TH9 and don't think I'm going to stop upgrade. Smart thing would be to do so but I'm tired of TH8 and want my AQ!

Note: I currently have walls and defenses maxed besides teslas (lvl 4), have level 4 hogs, and level 10 BK. I'd aim for maxing out your archer towers before upgrading to TH9 tho. I didn't max my buildings or collectors. Just not worth it to me at this time.

Oh wow yeah I just read the announcement, nice! :D

I think I will stay to upgrade the new stuff and my other defense buildings then I will start that upgrade.

I would max everything. Farming only gets harder at TH9 and percentage taken from a TH7 gets much less. I can still wack a 7 and take up to 500K combined if a th7 is loaded up. Rushing to TH9 only makes you a target for a 90% TH8. You'll get frustrated when a TH8 steals a ton of loot and takes out xbows with L5 troops.

Ps- hogs don't get good til L4

1) Wait for the update currently updating, 4th mortar, skeleton trap.

2) Max everything, except walls and dark troops research if taking too long. King also can skip if taking too long.
max means include all traps, bombs, tesla, etc.
