Clan wars. No, not the answer. Not without an opt out. Getting 50 high level farmers to want to war at the same time is not easy. If even one is not commited, you will lose the war. We get matched to some power clans ... to be fair, we are a power clan ourselves perhaps capable of a top 200 spot if we tried...top 300 for sure. We went there before when all of us had weaker bases and heroes...Quote:

I was just about to go up to. Asters to farm but then th 4th mortar came along, but then the new loot bonuses came so ya I like this update added some small features but defiently added some harder elements to the game
I'm barching all the time and still thinking 4th mortar is welcomed. Barch is too powerfull for its price. Or am i just so good at it? :cool:

Other updates/upgrades seem very nice and i can not wait to see it all in action.
One thing tho with the new update is that i would have loved to see a xp-level criteria at the clan profile. I know you can Write that down in the text but for some reason nobody reads it.. Would be nice to set our clan as open and not have to kick players with a xplevel that is too low for like every 5 seconds. Some players see the invite only sign and don't even bother to request to get in.
Sounds awesome! Additional mortar will definitely play hard on all those that barch. Now if you guys could just do something about those balloons. Over 40 balloons and the ability to wiggle your little finger pretty much guarantee's at least a win 85% of the time. No skill required, air support to balance this should be considered. It is currently lop sided in a huge way for the attacker. Thanks for the improvements!! I look forward to the new additions!!
I dont like the loot situation but this update is great. Creative and keeps the game fresh. Elixir is still very hard to get but maybe league bonus will help somewhat. I hope its more then the 20% that clan wars is getting.

My clan has warred, pushed and those that want to have hit champs, myself included. A number of us log on simply to chat to each other because the game has little left to achieve / keep us having fun.
I have probably been one of the most active players this game has seen - top percentile...doing 8m gold a day for the best part of a year. Maxed TH9 before the profile update even came out. Trust me, I moan because I want SC to make the game fun again but yes, you are right, quitting is the unfortunate next step

Im failing to see what it is that you want different, that isnt extra upgrades. You want fundamental changes to gameplay.
This doesnt tend to happen in games, look at sports sim series. You stump up $60+ per year for minor tweaks and a slight difference.
What has changed in 2 years?
Heroes, dark troops, spells, up to 50 more troops on the field, 3 different new defences, and war, an extra gameplay style/sub-set.
In short, far more than EA bash out every year.

Who asked for a 4th mortar to the game... Really you added a Archer Tower last update and SC couldnt add another cannon, they gotta ad a mortar... Sounds awesome! The 4th mortar will definitely play hard on all those that like the barch. Now if you guys would just do something to balance the balloons as well. 40 balloons pretty much guarantee's a 85% chance of a win on any base. That is insanely lopsided. Really has no challenge of timing and skill placement on spells either. Maybe upgrade air support to balance this properly or increase production cost of balloons as they are priced extremely low for the devastation they can deliver on any leveled base with no skill required. Just a few minions and heroes to clean up after them. This attack has become so over used because of its simplicity and percentage of win possibilities that it makes it even boring to view replays afterwards. Just a suggestion. People have literally quit the game because they feel there is no defense against this attack and at high levels that is the only attack ever used. I mean its a little obvious when you have entire clans naming their clan after a balloon lol. How much more obvious could it get.
