Individual Support? Out Loud

More people are experiencing this yes but it is not a mass problem affecting everyone out there.
Furthermore these particular issues have to be taken up with support and only they can fix it for an individual farm or supply an answer as to why an individual farm is having these issues. I sent in a support ticket 4 weeks ago. I have received 4 "generic form letter" responses that were not individually based at all. They DID NOT PROVIDE ANY INDIVIDUAL ADVICE as to how the issue could be fixed. It is the major bug being discussed. If your farm was as disabled as those with this problem and you received the level of support I've received, you'd be squawking too. Want to trade farms and you can deal with it? It would be nice to receive some indication from SC about what they are doing about it or are they too busy counting their cash? Your defense of SC is ridiculous.
So what does a person do?

Well, you tell me what gets their attention? It isn't an attack, it's a reality of the situation. No one has contacted me individually, no one from SC has commented on the situation (this is not a minor glitch, no matter how anyone wants to portray it). We have spent a good deal of money and unfortunately, once paid, app developers can hide behind iTunes or google play without any ramifications. I've gone through the proper support channels. So, where is support on this issue?
