WAR Flag ON OFF on member

Hi everyone,

This feature request is to set a flag on each member which can be switched to ON or OFF for WAR.
When leads launch the war, only people with the flag ON set are able and are taken for the War.
Also, that flag can only be modified by the member.
And it makes sense that feature has to fit the system of minimum of people for war.
For example : 38 Flags ON, so it means a 35's War.

Why i'm asking that, because in our Clan, some people don't want to do war but want to stay with us.
As we're a family team, chilhood friend ect..
And before launching a war, we have to kick them and launch the war, and afterward will have to re-invite them back.

Please suggest if it's possible or not?

Yes but some could get abused more then others.
