Looking for an experienced TH9 with versatile attack options

Hi,
we are a 30 member adult clan multinational, multi timezone, English speaking, who war twice weekly,mid week and on weekends. Most are professional people, some students, males and females. We are seeking an experienced TH9 with good troops and versatile attacking strategies in war to join us. We have high donation rates, no swearing, no juvenile chat, respect for people's feelings but still seem to have a lot of fun. We love to talk through strategies and help the TH8 and Th7 improve. We rotate a few from the feeder clan each war to give them experience in war. Our clan 'warlords' has 30 wins so far with 100% participation the norm. It is very hard to find us in search though as it is a common clan name it seems. Our feeder clan warlord hotel is easy to find and there is a link on how to get to warlords in there (we are invite only in warlords). An experienced TH10 we would consider too, we are just concerned about war matchups being unbalanced, we have 2 early TH10 currently and 10 TH9.
