Shake N' Bake looking to grow. Level 40+, in need of good leaders.
Shake N' Bake is looking for new members. But not only new members. Shake N' Bake is looking for high quality members who will put in the effort to make this clan great. Currently Shake N' Bake is an 18 member clan that ranges in levels from 40-98. The majority of members are level 60+ and we are all very active. I have spent months getting this core group of players and I really like what Shake N' Bake has to build off of. We always fill donation requests. We start wars every Thursday and Saturday at 6pm est. I have great plans for this clan and I intend to get all of those accomplished. Here's what I'm looking for:
Level 40+
Age 18+
Town Hall 6+
Very active, on at least a few times a day and not to just collect resources and get off.
creative, talkative players who aren't afraid of being the first person to say something in the chat.
Players who have the drive to take a small clan and turn it into something big.
Players who want to help out others as much as possible with advice, donations, etc.
Very active in the donation area. There is a 200 donations per season minimum to stay a member.

Shake N' Bake is also in need of leaders. I currently have 5 elders and no coleaders. The 5 elders are only elders because of seniority. They have been here since the beginning of the clan. I am looking for some secondary leaders who are willing to converse ideas, thoughts, goals, etc. I need secondary leadership as all of the goals I have cannot be accomplished by me alone. I can't be on 24/7 and have a full-time job and girlfriend. I do as much as I can to try and get this clan better but I can't do it all.
