The Golden Bow

I hate how sometimes I'm watching my attacks and I get 49%.I think the golden bow
will solve everyone's problems because what ever it hits it completely destroys it,except for the town hall it can not even target that

So if someone gets a full dark storage, I might use the golden bow on it and gain few thousands of dark elixir?
