Is it impossible to defense again Gowipe- Gowiwipe- Gowipe as TH9

It's pretty much sum it up. I'm at the very end of my TH9 with Heros lv 20, core half lava, outside lego, still have a few canon, archer tower & tesla left. Never been 2* with hogs. Never been 2* by TH9 and below dragon. There are TH10 using dragons 4 and 2 freeze that 3* me before, but only once time. Other times, 2* is lucky for them.

Anyway, if they bring gowipe, gowiwi, gowiwipe into my base, I'm toasted :( 2* easily. A few times 3*. Very very few time they fail.

Is there anyway that TH9 can defense against these kinds of attack? I really don't understand why people complain that hogs doesn't required skills while you have to lure the CC (sometime it's very hard), kill them, take care of traps, try to destroy everything and running out of times. And hogs doesn't work with every base. While with these three strategy above, you basically drop the golem, drop wz to clear outside, drop with, heroes, wz, pe and rage rage rage. bombs, 2*. CC doesn't matter, Heroes doesn't matter, base design doesn't matter. In my opinions, hogs requires much more skill.

But well, let's not talk about skills, because it would make people rage and argue. My question is: Is there anyway TH9 can defense against these above strategy? and How? I would really appreciate :)

Not really, especially if the attacker has lvl 5 pekka.

There isn't much a th9 can do to defend against a th10, unless the th10 is early and doesn't have upgraded troops/camps or they suck at attacking. Against max th9 attacks, it's also hard to defend against GoWiXXXX. I find base designs that are open more vulnerable against these attacks versus bases with many well designed compartments.

The official strategy currently used by champions to push(and these ppl r facing completely maxed bases)is gowipe so if their labs r maxed theirs just about nothing u can do bec even what I will suggest is not going to b to effective.you don't even have infernoes so that's a huge added bonus that makes their attack work.
These is a you tuber called clash with cam who has an effective anti golem base (if u say;I wanted an anti gowiwi/wipe then realize that if the golems get screwed right away then PEKKAS will b doing random stuff breaking walls going shopping etc. once the golem is eliminated at the beginning then the whole attack fails

A TH9 with max gowipe/gowiwi for th9 that knows how to use it is still going to get 2 stars but the third can be prevented.

The skill in using that attack comes mostly before the attack. Choosing the combo, spells, and location deployment. You are right though it is an extremely tough attack to stop and gets frustrating sometimes as a defender.

The answer, yes, heroes. Your L20 heroes are good, but you're really only half the way there. L30 heroes do wonders to TH10's with max gowipe but similar or lower level heroes.

No th9 can defend against a max gowipe if the attacker knows what he is doing

Getting 2 stars is easy with almost any attack against a th 9. 3 stars are what you should try to prevent and in general high level th 9 bases can stop the 3 star against similarly high leveled th 9 attackers.

I generally don't get 3*, even by max Gowiwi (TH10) and Gowipe. Very few times I got 3* in clan war. Maybe my attacker doesn't know what they are doing. But 2* constantly, almost every single war, even by TH9 Gowipe/gowiwi/gowiwipe troops. And I'm not very happy with it :(
