How to attack a TH10 as a TH9

This is the base I have to attack in a 10v10 war. Have basically maxed elixir troops except for pekkas, but only level 1 dark troops (hogs are 3). The giant bombs are on the outside, but I don't really want to hog because of the multi infernos. I have almost no Gowi_ experiance.
Any suggestions?

I have often wondered the same thing as a th9 batteling th 10 but as a spy I hope u faild and lost war my opnion tho

I would drop 60 archers right on top of each giant bomb.... Should help ya out.

Thanks to your guy's great help I 2 starred him with ease using 40 loons and 2 dragons, only the bottom 3 defenses left.
