I was not aware that SC even had Customer Service.

I vaguely remember SC saying that they were a small group so maybe that's why.
A company that listens to feedback from the forums and makes updates to their game based on that feedback is providing a level of customer service.
You can argue that they aren't listening "enough", but they are listening. This in and of itself is more than many companies would do for a free to play game.
Could they do more? Absolutely! Does this game need some improvements to make it better (address high level farming, make balloons viable, etc.)? Certainly. But I would argue that they are providing some service certainly.

I requested for help once, my reply came 3 weeks later and did not solve my problem, they insist the problem was on me. I insist they check the problem throughly and I was awarded 500 gem as reimbursement for 2mil gold I've lost on a roll back. Which wasn't enough to cover it entirely. Did not want to continue talking to the customer service after that, ridiculously slow and did not get a satisfactory result.
Should we give feedback about the feedback that's been said about Supercell's customer service feedback here or should we start a seperate thread for that?

I requested help once, they replied with the standard question (iOS version, village name, etc.), and that was it. Never heard from them again.
Unbelievably awful is the only way to describe their attention to their players. They are slow to answer complaints, if they answer them at all.
I sent customer service a question and it has been over a week with no feedback. $700+ million company and they cant get back in a timely fashion.
yea and they selectively reply to emails i send them through support...
