Protect people from scammers who trade or sell

Trades villages big problem in Clash of Clans .. Some people trade their village and they scammed but some of them lucky and change the password before the scammer change it and that happened to my friend ... But after he changed the password the scammer still on the village annoying him ... He has his village without game center
I have an idea to help this people that you make after every 2 seasons 28 days you have to login with your game center email and pass again or with your gmail again . I think that will be good .. A Lot of villages have 2 or 3 players on it .. With this feature all of that will end because the man who want to trade will think first if i scammed the scammer will wait 28 day and will login with the email and pass which i give him so i will not be on this village agin .. And that will make people think million times before they trade .. I hope you make it to help people and help my friend 😊
And if it have disadvantage tell me please what is it .

This is not supercells issue, this is a privacy issue in which people shouldn't be giving away that type information in the first place. You can't honestly say a scam has occurred if one gives away information like this willingly hoping to gain or manipulate.

I know that but if they make this idea .. The people will think million times before trading .. That will end 80% from this problem .

To state it again, the people who have problems because they are breaking the TOS are (and should be) on their own. This is not Supercell's problem.
