As the game is now you attack based on the amount of trophies you have. Higher level town halls can drop trophies to pray on the lower level town halls making it unfair to them. Maybe they could make it to where you can only attack town halls equal to or higher than your own town hall.

Your only seeing it from your perspective think of how it would feel to be a th 5 or so and almost have enough to upgrade something then be raided by a th 10, it's almost impossible to keep any of your loot when your a lower level because you can be attacked by higher levels!
It's not fun, thats the point. But in order for people to upgrade, they have little to no choice. And that's why there is a the loot penalty.Quote:
