I already posted this a few days ago...it's really annoying to wait for your heroes, especially in Clan Wars. Just like other defensive structures they should be available in Wars on their previous Level. Hope SC will change that with the next update.

Yeah man this is must in next update.. When the hero's are upgrading there are in defense but not in offence this is very bad.. Also it's very tough to achieve 3⭐without hero's.. We can't give real fight
I'm all for making competition fairer. It's not right when the wrong team wins just because they have access to both their heroes
