How about making more heros available but keep the limits of how many heros you can attack with (1 at TH7-8, 2 at TH9-10, and 3 at TH11) so introduce a new Goblin King at TH8 and Giant King at TH10 so you have options which hero to attack with and can attack with the other ones when one is upgrading.

Signed. For sure this will make game more interesting. We do not need other formats of CW like Clan Challange, we need more freedom in playing regular CW - play with heroes under upgrade, shorten preparation day etc.
