Of course. It also bothers me more that using my heroes in war means they are out for regular play after. If these are supposed to be two separate entities, they should not effect each other.

If structures that are being upgraded are usable in CW, Why not heroes?

Actually builders only work on their pedestal so I have no idea why you can't use the heroes at all times unless resting from damage. It's not like any other troops are unusable while upgrading and it's not like the builder is working on the hero him/herself so it's nonsensical.

If they change the graphics to just building the altar with no hero it would make sense. Simple and good change.
