My Primary account is a Co leader. I was asked to promote a new player, but could only view his/her Profile and Village.
He/She got bent out of shape, and quit.
I cannot Promote any of the new hires, i can promote long standing members. Is this a feature?
Co-leader can promote any member)even new one) to elder and elder to co-leader.Maybe that was a bug or you got demoted and it didn't show that you are elder...

If you can't do something you normally could, it's most likely a bug...so put it in the bug forum.
