I don't know what the problem of the newspaper is, but I would like to be fixed. I also receive same items which've been expired already.

I'm seeing the common thread here in several topics regarding the use of the word "strangers"
Is issue mostly the fact that they are unnamed faceless helpers / shoppers? If their Game Center pic and farm name was shown would that make a difference? In other words would knowing who they are be better than just a faceless nameless person?
Or is it more an issue of being able to control who were connected with and interacting with in game? Lack of control over social interaction in a game is not good especially if we hope to one day have in game messaging.
I have noticed that lately, when I upload planks or deeds etc, they are being bought by strangers before I advertise. They are not people I've visited, they are complete strangers, they are buying within seconds of my uploading items, I hadn't yet advertised and it is ONLY building materials. It is so quickly done that I think it is some sort of h ack. It's not just me either. My sister was selling me a deed the other day, I was in her store before she uploaded it and when I clicked on it, it was already bought. That sounds like a ch eat to me. Is this happening to anybody else?
Today I have been able to put goodies in my shop for long time (without advertising, as usual) without the nameless potatohead stealing the good items. Would it be true.....??? Fingers crossed, going to try some saws& axes. They used to be the trigger to get potatohead in my shop within a split second.
:( still triggering the ninja, not possible to sell barn/silostuff yet. Rest going very well, even underpriced goodies stay there for my friendly neighbours.

That's a concern too because there is generally a mutual respect regarding the last bin / trading for those aware in this forum but random players are unaware if they haven't visited the forum.
so it sounds like things are getting advertised regardless if we want them to?
Is this a "bug" supercell or you guys trying to make the DD look more appealing?

If your theory is that ads are places without advertisement(as it is mine) does anyone notice if they have gotten more followers in the last few weeks?
I mean, wouldn't it make sense if you sell (not one or two BEM) but a shop full of cakes and crops at default price that those people would follow you? But maybe not, if they just shop and don't care to follow.... Lol just answered my own question
