Nothing in shops

I am having a problem. Just been looking through the paper and when I click an advert it goes to the shop but there is nothing in anyones boxes. I have looked at 30 adverts and not one single item is showing. I asked my daughter to put something on sale, went to her shop but it was empty even though you could see it on hers. Anyone else having this problem. Can anyone please tell me how to contact supercell. Many thanks
