[TH8 Only] What is the highest league you can be in as TH8?

Title says it all. I want to know if its possible to get past Crystal III since I might trophy hunt soon.

I've got Max Splash defense, max cannons, L5 air defense, L8-9 archer towers, and L3-4 teslas.

I think it's highly possible to get past crystal III if you have most max defenses and troops :)

Hello fellow swiss dude. I got to 2180 trophies with a not maxed TH8. Maxed TH8 I think around 2250 is possible. Thats what? Crystal 3 or 2 :)

im on my way to crystal II and i have a far from maxed th8 base, if you base are a bit better then you can go far!

Th 8 my max is 2500

I just hit 2200+ today with a TH8 - however I am purely offensive, not defensive. My troops and spells are all maxed, but not my defenses.

Meaning: I place my TH outside and hope I get hit overnight by a hit-and-run for only about 9-16 trophies. When I'm logged on, I make sure I earn more than that- always resulting in a positive progression.

The problem has become that 99%+ of the players in my league (that I'm matched up with) have TH9s, XBows, and close to maxed defenses. Winning on offense has become much more difficult; I almost NEVER get a three star victory any more. I'm happy with one star, and very pleased with two.

Now, if anyone had a great strategy for taking out a TH9 base with XBows with only maxed TH8 troops...

i didnt do it, but i did see some guy who was th8 at 2600 trophies

2500-3000 trophies
