As a clan leader

As a clan leader there are a few things I think would help out alot. 1..It would be awesome if you could see how long someone has been in the clan for loyalty purposes. Also I would like the option to select people to not participate in war. Sometimes you have a few to many people then needed for war. Some of the left out members want to participate while some people want a war off or can't play for a day or too. If you had the option to select the 1-4 people who don't participate would be super helpful. If not edited it could stay as the old method. Thanks for listening.
