Solution to stay always online ♥♥♥♥♥s

All of us are familiar with wanting to revenge attack and player is online.... for 8 days....

Well here is my simple solution.

Allow the attacks while players are online.

Some players are using H.ac.ks or other programs to stay online all the time. For some players this as a method to climb the trophies ranks and not have to worry about going down. Some players are using this to protect their resources and making it difficult for others to have a chance at being attacked.

Potential hiccups:

people complaining that I was in the middle of moving parts of my base around and i got attacked while i was moving a part of my walls. or i had to move my dark elixir to outside my base to move it to a new place.

Solution: Make your base only changeable in base edit mode. That method prevents any unintentional base flaws. Then bases get saved in edit mode and that becomes the new base that gets attacked.

Now of course they get to not be attacked if they still have a shield, But being online no longer is a free shield.

I see what you're going for, and I have to admit, trying to get revenge on someone can be near impossible, but you have to realize it works both ways. Imagine your builder gets freed up in ten minutes, and you're just killing time, and suddenly you're out 600K because someone a TH above you just wrecked your life.

Or maybe you just sat down, ready to go looting for an hour and a half, but after you break your shield and go for your first raid, you come back home to another shield and you're down more resources than you raided. To make that up, you break your shield and go raiding again, but wouldn't you know it? Attacked again! More loss of resources, more cups down the toilet, and you throw your iPod out the window out of rage. Maybe that's just me.

Long story short, I don't like it

As a TH9 going for champs I can say this is honestly the worst revenge solution I have ever heard of. Ever. at 3100 Cups I'm found within 2 minutes of going offline, so with the implementation of your idea I would get raided instantly after EVERY single attack, likely losing more cups than I could possibly get from raiding.

Thats only the start, what would happen would it kick you out? Would you just magically lose cups and resources, being left wondering where they went?

Thats only the start, what would happen would it kick you out? Would you just magically lose cups and resources, being left wondering where they went?

I imagine you would get to watch, otherwise it might send you to the screen that tells you you're under attack when you log on. But I agree 100%. It's stressful enough pushing into high leagues without someone hitting you after every one of your attacks

I don't think I could bear to watch my poor base get crushed that often :(

I love the stress of attacking, the spice of the game that is missing when farming, for me at least. "Stressful" would instantly turn to impossible, and I'd lose interest real wuick.

some of you guys are really angry.

Your will go offline ... you will get your stuff stolen... that is supposed to be part of the game. Design better bases and go steal it back. You want to protect your town buy a shield.

You like the safety you get from being online ... but its being abused and it is hurting the game overall.

So you come back and your base was raided... this is not a one way i am the only on who gets to smash the lowbies game.

I would be more for this idea if the person being raided got a notification that they are about to be raided and give them a minutes notice to do what they need to do. This could still hurt people who take hours to change there base.

You make it sound like you would get attacked instantly. If you have good defenses then you wont get attacked as often.

You prolly wont get attacked as fast as you think.

When i'm on a Farming run Could attack up to 20 people in a row. In a way I'd really hate it for them 20 people to attack me none stop in return.

But yes I see your point. I sat there and hit revenge on all my defences. not a single one would allow me. they were either online or in a shield...
They just attack me, I go to return the attack... and of course they are online. sometimes upwards of an hour. then you finally I try again and it says they're in a shield. Painfully annoying.

You wouldn't. First off if you are being currently being attacked you get a message saying that they are under attack( already part of the system)

Secondly if they defeat your base... you get a shield. and no more attacks. till it is removed or wears off.

I'm a new TH9. I still have a few weak defenses and TH8 troop levels. Max TH9 and TH10 love picking on me because they don't get penalized for loot. I can log out, shower, and come back to find my base in shambles, not because it's poorly designed, but just because it gets wildly overpowered by high level troops. There's nothing I can do about that. If you gave these people the opportunity to attack me while I'm online, I might as well quit.

Also, buy a shield? What a joke, the point of me being online is that I attack and don't need a shield. Having a shield means I might as well just sit and wait for my collectors, which would be more profitable than breaking my shield and raiding. And lets not get started on how impossible trophy pushing would be.

It sounds to me like you're a maxed TH10 sitting comfortably in Crystal somewhere, where you don't get attacked and trophies are of no concern anyway. I don't see how you don't recognize these problems

Activity is rewarded by this protection of your base.

I wouldn't log in quiet as much, or stay on as long, if I didn't get incentive to do so.

So would Supercell remove this bonus for being active? Doubt it.

Solution for these Fluffy Bunnies is needed, but changing this aspect isn't it.

Actually i am TH lvl 8 in the gold league.

And guess what, when you got to TH lvl 9 they gave you a lot of buildings to put in to increase your defenses and they are cheap at the beginning. And you upgrade them as you should have a lot of practice now doing. and they your get your resources safer and safer as you upgrade them more and more.

so the game would work exactly as intended.

and by impossible trophy pushing i assume you mean fair and equal trophy pushing.

Sorry, but this is a terrible idea. Why would anyone want to get raided WHILE theyre sitting there playing the game. Sounds incredibly annoying and counterproductive.

It mainly sounds like youre annoyed with people who are exploiting alternate methods of staying online continuously, so if anything, there needs to be something to prevent them from doing that instead of punishing those of us who actually play the game.

Yes they did. But you're wrong about some things. Xbows, for example, are 3 million a pop and occupy my builder for a full week. Everything else is relatively cheap, but it still takes time. I haven't even bothered with TH9 exclusive upgrades yet because I'm still working on getting all of my new stuff even with my old stuff. It takes a long time, and with these things constantly upgrading, they are out of commission, meaning I don't have that tower to defend my base. So I basically still have TH8 defense with the addition of Xbows. Yippee.

So let's say I 2-star a base for 13 trophies. While I'm doing that, I get revenged for 37 because I broke my shield and picked on someone bigger than me so I could earn back the loot and trophies I'm constantly losing to never being safe from attack. Rinse and repeat. That's not equal, that's impossible.

Anyway, I'm done here. If you really can't see that this is a bad idea, then I'll just leave you alone and let you wait for the support that you're unlikely to ever get.
