More of a question - what would you do?

Hi i am leader of a clan. I went reqruiting people on global. Its an ok clan, so we want lvl 40+
I posted my usually message -
A.R.C.H.E.R. (my clan) recruiting now, lvl40+ we donate lvl 5 wizards and archers.
Nothing fancy.
then this guy, silver lvl 26 goes -
can i join?
I tell him no, cos your only lvl 26
Then he goes rage, and posts this -
Hey you noob and ****** thats bulling just cos i am lvl 26 doesn't mean i am bad one day ill be the best in this game and you'll be sorry i reported you hopefully you get banned forever that's bulling and racism just cos i am lvl 26

he went as far as saying he will make a better clan then me (in about 6 posts, I was just quite and watched this) called ARCHER DOWNFALL to beat my clan...

wow

what should have i done? I didn't post anything until he said he changed global...

So? Any ideas?

It's global. Ignore it, otherwise if he was swearing and he offended you then you could always grab a screenshot and report it to supercell. He may get a 1 day ban in a couple months time.

The way you said it was a bit blunt which is how Americans are since we like to get straight to the point. If you didnt want that reaction you should have said "im sorry but we require level 40 or higher, maybe you'll be able to join soon." It sounds a lot nicer if you dance around the answer a little

Blunt or not ( I believe you were in bounds)...his rant confirms he doesn't belong in your clan. As to his words, laugh. PRaphrasing hoping he reads this ....When people think you're a fool....don't open your mouth taking away all doubt.

Me? After the first blow up, I would have asked him if his father told his mother his real name during the 30 minutes they were together...then laughed and ignored him.

Once every week, visit his clan and post this:
"Haha im still here im not banned", starting today.
Also, once every week, perhaps in the same visit, say "Your only level 26 lololol".

He's only level 26, he won't make a better clan then you:rolleyes: Just in the future don't be so harsh when saying no, just say your sorry and that the clan is 40+, not that he is only level 26 and he can't join

well just ignore it..

in our clan we only recruit th7 players minimum we also reject players who rush to th10 with gold or pink walls.
we also kick players inactive in war.

since you already stated in your clan desc that you need lv40.

it would be ok to reject it.

Can't really 'visit' as leader, I lose my rank when I leave.

In global interesting things happen, plus I usually don't go to global because the clan iam in is so much more entertaining. Don't worry.
