clan private message board for war rules

This is quite simple. I've been playing clash for 4 months. Almost maxed th8. Our clan is bad ♥♥♥ at winning . though we do have a lot of people coming and going. I find it frustrating to tell the new comers our war strategy through chat or through the mail messaging system. Why not just have am extra message board for clan members only to see with at least a thousand word limit so we can type up what we need and tell all new comers to read the private board and study it etc... Being a leader/co having to repeat or send the same mail over and over is a right pain in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Who here is with me???

I love this idea and have started a similar thread before, it would make it so much simpler if we could clearly define our rules once on a clan notice board ad noobvs could check there

Would love this. Because of turn over I am forced to post the same clan mails before every war, which must get annoying to those that have been there. I have 8 messages I have to send out because of mail size limitations.

Nice idea, sort of like a little clan forum where people can view messages posted on there.
