I'm doing this too from time to time, and also got zapped too from time to time. One thing to note that spells aren't exactly cheap in term of creating time, gem boosting doesn't make it better either. So, zapping DE still needs effort and sacrifice. That's my opinon, but does it matter? I'm just one of those noobs who zap around other people's DE.
No. He expects them to use the search tool just like the rest of us. Just like the rules clearly state in the clearly marked stickies that are supposed to be read before posting. This topic is EASY to find the answer to.Quote:

It's quite funny seeing this thread still alive. In my second account I zapped somebody yesterday got 700DE but the bonus was his full elixr storages were right next to it, paid for all my spells and I sniped his TH lol - all pet hates in one!
The point is you will never be able to prevent it from happening but there are things you can do to limit the possibility of being zapped. And if you research your topic before posting as advised by the stickies you will understand why.

The concept is no base should be untouchable, every base should be revengeable to a point, by preventing this you ruin the playability of the game when you are a TH8 saving for Barb King Level ten or golem level 2, and then get steam rolled by TH9s you will probably understand why it needs to be the way it is.
