Global chat with levels

Dear all,
I would like to share and discuss an idea about the global chat.
I'm a level 100 player, and when I open the global to recruit new clan members it hard to find someone who's close to my target.
The idea could be to create 5 levels of global chat, (0-30; 31-60; 61-90; 91-120; 121+) this is done automatically by supercell adding one tab for selection: today we have "global" or "clan", the idea is to create one more tab that could be "tier 1" or "tier 2" etc or something like "My global".

What do you think about this suggestion?
