Umm, get a 4th or 5th builder on your current account? Even if you don't, the amount of time you will save creating a new account with 4 builders will not come anywhere near making up for what you will be giving up by restarting.Quote:

If you will buy gems: stay with this and buy the last 2 builders now. If not, you may consider restart afresh and save every gem (even not spending a gem during tutorial) and rush to TH 5 then 7, then try to get the 3rd and 4th builder.
