Wizard towers lvl 4-5
Cannons lvl 9
Archer towers lvl 8
Teslas lvl 2
Airdefence lvl 2-3-4
Walls lvl 5-7
And maxed farming troops
And iam getting new ipod touch , so should I start from scratch to max each townhall unlike my main account wich I rushed with or setup my new ipod with the current?
Set up your new iPod with the current. Stick with it man, and don't upgrade til everything is maxed.
Stay. Your splash is decent enough. Just keep farming.
I would continue. It will take another 2+ months till you get to where you are now
iv been thinking of resting, im TH8 with Level 4-5 mortars

Level 8 cannons
and level 6 walls (gold)
i rushed into it too much i just dont want to do all that work again

Make a 2nd account like many clashers have! And make the 2nd one the way you think you should have started the original!
On my current I have only 3 builders so I thaught about the new account for getting 4 builders and faster development
