My clan is in war and im leader ,im having same problem it give me msg login failed please solve this issue asap

You must not play often then. It is a monthly, if not weekly, issue. Every single week it happens, usually resolves itself within 1 hour, but this time it's been 4 hours!

Same problem here, I tried to log in using my ipad and using my andoid phone and I get same message for both. My wife is next to me and she does not have this problem thu :confused:

Clan glitch

Hey so I signed in for a a raid and I noticed I didn't have a clan. I thought I was kicked for some reason so I tried to rejoin and the screen for my clan is blank so I though maybe I was banned. Then I couldn't join another cause it says I'm in a clan and I can still request for troops. I turned off my phone and turned it back on because that usual fixes things when clash acts up but it changed nothing. What can I do?

There are players who can still log on.

So your loot isn't exactly safe.

2nd time this year for login failed-March/April had a significant outage...so correct, not world,wide since pre-Boom Beach.
Lag, chat issues, Revenge fails due to slow servers on the increase

You would assume that things like these will not happen after they did a 3 day server upgrade procedure.

Are we not buying enough gems for SC to get better servers?

quite frustrating but it seems to be on their end, not ours.

Problem sorted, for some reason an elder was able to kick this member out, leader and co leaders were not able to...... Profile is still not able to be viewed,

Won't Load?

For awhile now I've been opening the app and the purple bar will load all the way, but won't actually open to my base unless I open and close the app a few times. Now, the purple bar won't even load, even if I close and open the app.

Wondering if others are going or gone through this...

Hi I have the same issue too. no message saying that I was kicked out either. Was in between attacks in a clan war. When i searched my own clan, found my name on the list. Please advise.

is this a normal issue?! When will it get resolved...Supercell why are you not alerting people that this might happen. You are usually on top of your game. COMMON ...

Clan Issue

I'm having the same problem, the roster says I'm still in the clan, but my clan castle doesn't have my clans name over it. When I searched this problem on Google, the problem had supposedly been fixed a week ago, looks like the problem is happening again or was never fixed.

Well this thread has gone quiet, but I am experiencing very severe dropped connection issues. Game is unplayable, symptoms are these-

Example 1:
*Someone posts a message on chat.
*I reply, but nothing appears.
*I wait... wait... wait... nothing happens, I realise connection has been lost. Restart Clash.

Example 2:
*I begin nexting. I see one base, maybe two, then... nothing. I realise connection has been lost. Restart Clash.

Example 3:
*I look at a player profile. It comes up blank. I give it some time, but eventually I realise connection has been lost. Restart Clash.

Example 4:
*I look at the clan list. It is blank. I give it some time, but eventually I realise connection has been lost. Restart Clash.

Example 5:
*OMG finally a half decent global! Maybe I could recruit a few of these fine- oh forget it.

If lucky, I haven't been raided while restarting...

No, there is nothing wrong with either my internet or wifi.

THIS GAME NEEDS TO HOLD ON TO A CONNECTION MORE ROBUSTLY.

Luckily the issue was repaired for me. The issue may still exist so be aware. Since there is such an undepth post thread on the subject hopefully it will be addressed in the next update or maintenance. I've noticed the game has had more bugs since the maintenances and hopefully it has been planned to be fixed.

Pretty much exactly the same thing is happening for me. Although often I can tell as soon as my village loads that my connection is dead.

How? There is no 'mail' button appearing underneath the clan wars icon. And the clan wars icon is constantly grey only and when you click it, it says 'clan wars are still loading, please try again'.

It's been doing this since Monday. Completley unplayable.

What's even more infuriating about this is if you (foolishly) try to attack during this period, the shield goes away. Can't load anything or chat or attack anyone, but yep, your shield can still be taken away. Thanks Supercell.

There was a brief period with no problems a few hours ago, but overall it has worsened throughout the day. Now my village *sometimes* loads, but literally NOTHING works. I can't even donate.

I wish I could point the finger at something else, maybe they are working on my ISP's mast or something, but the fact is that everything else internet-related works perfectly.

Can't remember what I used to do before Clash. did I read books or something...?
