The split would be 75% to other co-leaders and 25% to the leader when the co-leaders are being taxed.
So, if a member were to loot 10 million gold and elixir in a week, 100k (1%) would go towards the clan tax. 50k split between the elders, 35k split between the co-leaders and 15k to the leader. Same breakdown if an elder is being taxed. If a co-leader lots 10 million a week, 75k to other co-leaders and 25k to the leader.
Obviously this will add a whole new dimension to clan politics and people will try to manipulate it to their advantage. You will probably have to put a cap on it where one individual can only receive up to a total amount. But, it does make you choose your leaders more carefully and how many of each you choose. It also gives each individual something to shoot for other than the ability to promote/kick and write messages.
Obviously the numbers and percentages can be played with, the ones in this thread were to just explain the idea. Let me know what you think.
