Don't they? They don't contribute to your CC? Why are you in a Clan then? If you are doing it alone I mean?

I understand where ur coming from its a good idea but at the same time it would be a pyramid scheme. I wouldnt want to risk working my butt off to get elder or co in a clan but then after all the work they want give it to me. So i would join a clan with no taxes and i think thats what everyone else would do. So the taxing clans would pretty much die
That is not true....well not in my clan. Leadership usually has the highest donations, this would help to make it so donation amounts really don't matter, because the tax would cover it. Not sure if you know this, but troops cost more at higher levels, so donating them costs resources, which is time. Leadership in my clan spends a lot of time helping people with attack strategy both for raids and war. I think that this would make it more important to limit the number of co-leaders and elders, as I find in most junk clans these titles don't mean anything. We give elder after three cycles, to promote longevity, sharing in a bonus would be great....plus at elder you would receive much of what you are taxed back as your bonus, so there would be this incentive to stay in a clan because they gave you elder.
Maybe what you need is a new clan friend.
LoL, if You're in a clan with 40 members, then You got 39 leaders? ♥♥♥♥. Of course it ain't only leaders that help out, but mortal members as well. Oh, and leaders don't request either? Don't You help them? So donation goes both ways, therefore Your argument is invalid.
I think this is a very creative idea and i applaud the OP for thinking outside the box! I do have a problem with it though, because I want to keep the loot I raided for! I don't think anyone should get some of the loot i worked hard for. If it was just a percentage from what I raided and it wasn't taken out of my original loot, it would inflate the games economy over time, and be a disaster.
If you have 39 co leaders in a clan of 40... You have 1 leader and and 39 members. LOL Co Leader is meaningless in that clan.
Also you miss the point, the Clan works as a whole and a leadership should be able to collect a minor amount from the membership. I'd be donating twice as I have a Co leader and a Member in our Clan.
I contribute the most in our Clan, and I still have no problem paying a tax to the clan as a whole. If we are supposed to be working together to be bigger and stronger, Why not allow such a thing.
In Star Trek Online, Star Wars Online and other F2P games I have received donations from my Clanmates, It helps but does not break the game. I also make donations to the Clan's Coffers!
I solely agree with dahimi on this arguement, We supply donations to our leaders CCs (though they might be underleveled and practically useless) my clans leaders' have 500+ donations received as well as donated, almost a 1:1 ratio.
Also what about clans who's leaders who have gone inactive, but members still enjoy their clanmates company? Re-locating is near impossible especially with a common name for a clan.
