No, if I didn't like it, I would go to a clan like yours, where the leader doesn't tax it's members. However, I might go to a really good and hard working clan, where it pays to be an elder or co-leader more than it would being in yours or being the leader of a clan that I go out and start by myself.

Thought this idea was funny lol I'd like to see it implemented for a season or less just as a joke. Then I can advertise on global for ppl to join because we have low taxes ♥♥♥♥.

Why should there be something that penalizes good farming and loyal members? If a leader wanted to hoard loot, they should just farm harder.

Haha, that would be very funny to see. Seriously though who would ever want this in the game, just like dahimi said paying taxes in real life is bad enough.

It doesn't penalize hard workers or loyal members. It is a way for members to show their loyalty to the leaders of the clan by passing up the vig. What's even better, is it would be optional, meaning you wouldn't have to be in a clan that chooses to operate this way. However, I guarantee you that clans that implement this in a fair way will be stronger and better organized over the long run.

The scenarios that you all are giving, where a leader abuses the power, are pointless. Those clans will cease to exist. Players will simply go elsewhere, aka, other clans.

Why do I suspect some 13-yr old leader of a clan wants to profit off his clan mates?

I dont like the idea in anyway... First of all me and a friend started our own clan a few weeks ago and getting members is a pain if this idea becomes reality everyone will want elder/co-leader just to join a clan (which in our clan must be earned) so even less people would join... Second of all i am active and in a good day raid a couple of millions in gold and elixir now why would i give away 1% (or what ever %) of that and give it to people that dont even log on? -1000 for this idea i hope it never becomes a reality

In many ways paying taxes in real life doesn't contribute to your success in any way. Horrible idea.

Haha, no damn way I'd support such scenario ever. My way to contribute are 6 stars in CW. My army cost is higher than potential war bonus and that's my contribution (not to mention donated troops to cw cc).

If taxes were paid, then co-leaders and leaders wouldn't have to do a thing! Just sit there and get money off other people.
