Sorry about the decline. Can you tell me what your wall levels are? Th8 with lvl7 walls. Th9 with lvl8 walls. Th10 with lvl9 walls.

Also we required that you have a fairly good defense.

Sure no problem, My walls are all lvl 7, and I have 75 max lvl 8 walls for my TH 8. My defenses all need 1 more lvl before maxed out. My mortar, Wizard towers, and 1 air defense are already maxed, with lvl 5 barb king.

Ah I see the problem, We want you to have max ad defense. Please max that first. Because in town hall 8 we get raped super super hard by dragons. Please request again with those lovely sexy lvl 6 ad!

I'm sorry we requires you to have ALL lvl7 walls for th8 and starting your lvl8 already.
Walls really help you late game so we want you to have them maxed as soon as possible ;)
