Barching is now useless

Of course it's all about efficiency but if you're not using spells simply because they take a long time to cook and cost a small chunk of elixir you're wasting loot that you could pull in as well. Not every barch raid is going to go smoothly and as planned so a spell or 2 can make a difference between making 100k, and 200-300k. I think we all know which of those we'd rather have.

ive been from gold 3 to 3xxx looking for loot, n its not possible using barch anymore after crystal without spell in every raid. dont tell me to do it in gold 1. NEXTing cost me more than i can stole there. im only 700m GG, but trust me, i know about farming. using spell is just not efficient.

Barching is used for collector raiding unless your opponent is 9 years old and leaves his storages outside.

barch= barbarians & archers, NOT wallbreakers and rage spells

Once you use those extras, it's not barch anymore. If collector raids are rare, so is BARCH's success.

Like I said, "WHEN" it helps to get in the core and reach all their storages it can make the difference. Not going to be necessary every single time.

Than go on and keep farming without your spells. Just don't be on the forums adding to the spam that is the loot thread complaining you can't find loot when you pass up storage raids because you can't get to the core. Just because you can't make a profit while using spells every now and than doesn't mean others are having trouble.

oh sure i have a Posh BArch from time to time but going hardcore is ok as well - the point is if there are truly less decent bases out there i'd rather be the guy who finds them ... and I do that by looking not waiting :)

I barch DE storages on TH 8-9 and premie 10s. Not sure how barching is obsolete.....

If you start a barching boost and boost your spell factory. Rage spells build in the time it takes to do 2-3 raids. If you start with a full rage spell stack - youll have a rage spell ready almost every time you need it because you wont use a rage spell on every attack. I promise you the rage spell makes it's resources back...and more. If you have no range spell - search for a collector raid or a lower level base - if you have rage spell - you can basically attack any base you want because it will get you into the center of most bases as long as they aren't super walled out or way above your lvl.

Like I said in the previous post though, I still raid while spells cook. I use spells maybe once or twice a day depending on the luck factor. I can still make loot perfectly fine without the spells, but it's nice having them during those "doh!" moments and can make or break a decent raid for you. That's all i'm saying. Anyone who uses spells for every single barch raid should of course probably just stick with another comp but that's a whole different story.

just bring wbs in your party. so you can barch away. you don't even need spells.

There are literally no rules when it comes to army composition. I've tried wallbreakers and more often than not they aren't worth the extra build time on your force - but rage spells do not effect your army build time - it does however turn your barch force into a penetrating army that can go get storages, which increases your profits dramatically.
