because there are no more collector raids left. It's a result of the chinese bots, SC refusing to deal with them, and the fact that inactive bases are removed from the search queue and when not they're just bumped at the bottom of it, resulting in 30min of pressing next to find decent loot.
You can still do storage raids, just don't expect to be left with a surplus of elixir.
Humm i think you are exaggerating a little bit, good collector raids are hard to come by but - barch is not bad at storage raids ether if you bring rage spell and a few wall breaker. last night I made about 35 barch attacks and made over 3 mill gold 2 mill elixer and 7k dark. I didn't even bring wall breakers. Strong CC really helps sometimes too. Gotta grind it out man.Quote:

Barching has been going well for me. Almost finished my lego walls (17 left) off barching and war bonus loot. Just gotta keep searching or change leagues. Been farming crystal III with lots of nice finds.
I have been a barch farmer for a long time and even since the last update I managed get all my lvl13 archer towers upgrading within 2 weeks. Now I am trophy pushing to Champs (currently at 3050) with barch. It's far from dead.
I farm for about 1-2 hours a day in a single session and find a few good collector raids here and there. Sure, I would love to have collectors raids all day long, but I don't mind breaking (with wall breakers) into the middle of a few bases to get storage raids as well from time to time. I do not use spells, to costly.
I've been barching away nicely for the last few days so have to disagree.
You need rage for a maxed th 1 level lower. Or all 3 rages to take everything from someone at your level. I raid a trophy range that offers me a lot of ideal premie targets I can smash without spells. I have the spells for others like me doing the same thing. I'm picking on premie th7 and th8 as a maxed out th8. Rushers don't have upgraded troops so it's rare they even attempt a revenge. Basically I pick on new players and I do get that is bad for the game but loot is just so hard to come by now so I have to attack the new comers. I don't pass a chance to smash a th8 for 300k plus though and in that case I drop my level7 king and all three rages if need be.
I'm not having any trouble when I barch.
There's the odd collector windfall, and sometimes I have to go for the storages. I don't drop any spells and only use the barbs and archers I need.
Get in, get what you can and get out. Simples.
