Clan Rules Page

On the clan screen like we have a button to send mail and leave I'd like to see another button with clan rules, that can be edited by the Leader and Co's so new members can check the rules.

Our clan has quite extensive rules to keep us strong, and having to explain these each time is a nuisance, a page with them listed would be a big help for all members.

Let me know what you think, and reply so this can gain momentum please people. Thanks.
