ability for players to not participate in next war

Would it be possible to make an option for clan members (elders, co-leaders, even leader) to exclude them from the next war? Currently we solve this by leaving the clan, going to farm clans, or by kick-invite method, but it's kinda tricky (and annoying). With this option everyone could stay in the clan and those, who would want to participate in the CW, would say it before CW is started and would participate, others would not. Simple. (default option would probably be to participate, so those, who would not want to participate would say it "no"...)

If this is too complicated please make at least selectible (for (co)leaders) the amount of players who would go into the war, i.e. a clan having a 35 members could go to war with only first 25.

If this was suggested before (as I would bet it was), please, give me a link where I can support it (haven't found any). Thanks.

Do you by any change have any info about this being considered by Supercell? Since it was suggested bilion times ... ? ;)
